Simply Chinese food 2026-05-17

 1. Onion fried together with egg

     Cut 200 g onion into strings.

     Cut 20 g green onion into small pieces.

     Smash two eggs and mix them well.

     Warm 50 ml plant oil in a pane. Fry the egg liquid untill it becomes a little brown. Divide the egg           into smaller pieces with your spatula while you fry.  

     Fry the onion strings togehter with the egg pieces untill the onion strings become soft.

     Put the green onion pieces and 2 gram salt in the pane. Fry untill the green onion pieces become soft.





2. Bok Choy with minced garlic

   Put about 150 g bok choy leaves into boiling water and cook them for 1 minute. Move them from           water to a plate.

   Fry 15 g minced garlic, 1 g salt, 1 g suger and 0,5 g white peper powder with 60 ml plant oil untill          you can smell the aromatic garlic smell. 

   Move the pane from the stove and let it cool naturally to about 20 celsius degree. 

   Pour the garlic and oil to the bok choy. Mix them well.
